We worked with Dina. She is amazing! She helped us get things done prior to closing because we would be gone. She went out of her way to get things done perfectly and quickly so we could sign. Ms. Kohl was the closing attorney for my (recent!) first home purchase. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a number of questions throughout the process. Everyone at the office, particularly Dina and Tiffany, were quick to respond and very helpful. Most importantly, Ms. Kohl advised me on contract addendums with the seller during the time under contract to alleviate potential liabilities. Overall, the closing process was very efficient, and Ms. Kohl is an expert on all things real estate related.
