Hello this is Franchesca Diaz. Jeff Haynes is by far the best attorney out there. When I got myself in a little bit of trouble, I talked to several attorneys and as soon as I talk to Jeff Haynes, I hired him right away he calmed my nerves. Communication with him was awesome by phone or text or email. he responds very quickly and answers all my questions, he even got my charges dropped and the case thrown out. January 20th 24 . I was exiting off the highway , which was on heavy construction. They were redoing the road. On the right side, the right lane was merging into the left lane. Traffic was around 15 miles an hr. The first left on the left side was an accident. We had multiple dump trucks , asphalt crews barricades. U name it , it was there. When I got ready to turn I couldn’t because the road was blocked, an officer pulled my stating , I stopped on a green light and waited until it turned red and then went . I told her my exit was blocked. I have a cdl license. She saw a bottle of liquor in my truck and stated I was drunk. I was arrested after I passed a dui test. I found Mr. Daniel on the internet and explained my case, He made me feel confident and answered all my fear questions. Today I got a call saying my license was reinstated and I can go back to work. 100% recommend Mr. Haynes and his team to represent you or a loved one in criminal traffic court. First, Mr. Haynes was prompt in returning our call on an early Sunday morning. He called, not an associate, not an answering service. Mr. Haynes called us directly. He listened to our situation during the call and notified us of his plan of action. I want to emphasize this part. He listened to us, through all of this mama's nervousness and anxiety. He listened. He eased our worries by explaining his plan of action from decades of experience in the field. He concluded based on the same information I had provided other attorneys that he could combine the charges, move the case from criminal court, reduce the charges and/or dismiss them in their entirety. His plan relied heavily on waiting for the charges to be filed and what they had in discovery. Unlike other attorneys who wanted us to plead guilty and complete probation, pay excessive fines, points, and classes. Mr. Haynes’ tactical patience and willingness to resolve the case with the best possible outcome with ALL the evidence proved successful. He was able to have all charges dismissed. From start to finish, the case took a little under three months. As opposed to 8-12 months of legal battles proposed by other attorneys. I received a court mandated speeding ticket recently. After speaking with several lawyers, I felt completely hopeless.
