Let me start off by saying that Dan is excellent at what he does. My case just wrapped up after almost 24 months, so my advice is patients; the court system is going to take their time because there is an overwhelming number of cases and you're just a number on an extensive list. I was facing multiple serious criminal charges and after the first firm we hired thought would be a good fit ended up their termination due to their overall lack of effort and constant revolving attorney change, but that lack of effort and a close reference led us to meet Dan and I am very thankful we did. He did a great job at getting the information he needed on the depositions as well as requesting documents and extensions etc. I had a stand your ground hearing and he knows what he's doing in the court room and when I needed his expertise most he was on point. He was attentive to my questions and concerns and guided me thru the process and in the end, he was able to get my charges dismissed and the case closed. My wife and I couldn't be happier with his service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a solid attorney. He is not a big firm lawyer and that's exactly what you need, someone who is doing this for you and not just a big corporation that has an endless list of attorneys that don't seem to care as much about the cases since they seem highly overworked. 5 stars isn’t enough! I would recommend Mr.Nawara to anyone seeking defense in a criminal case. In Charlotte County with an EXTREMELY tough judge and prosecuting attorney who wouldn’t quit, I was facing at least 5 years prison time. Mr.Nawara went above and beyond to get me the best possible outcome in my case with no jail/prison time. I fully believe I would be sitting in prison at this moment if I had chosen a lawyer other than Daniel Nawara. He was very honest and direct with me unlike other attorneys I spoke to who seemed to just be trying to get a dollar out of me. My family and I thank him for working with me and setting up a fair payment plan and delivering me a better outcome than any of us could’ve expected.
