Five stars is not enough. Contacting Daniel was the best decision I could of made. He exceeded my expectations and helped me walk away from my case to move on with my life and go home to my family. I hired Mr. Nawara in July of 2020 to represent me after I was pulled over and arrested in Sarasota. It took 20 months of month to month delays and he had to interact with three different prosecutors as they tend to come and go quite often. Mr. Nawara was patient, responsive, assertive and informative. I would highly recommend Mr. Nawara to anyone I know should they have a need for legal representation. He is honest, he will tell you where you stand, and he will advise you on what to do, and what not to do. He also appears to be a very good negotiator. I think I received a very good plea arrangement as a result of his efforts. I do not think that I would have been granted the same arrangement with another attorney.
