We hired Mr. Chapman to help us with a construction contractor that never finished the work, then billed for the entire job. Mr. Chapman answered all our questions and explained our options pertaining to communication with the contractor and how to ensure things were correct with the municipality. We followed his recommendations and had a positive resolution to the matter. Mr. Chapman was very accessible, professional, and easy to talk with. His fees were reasonable and he made sure we received a good value for our dollar, We learned a lot and would highly recommend him as a construction attorney.
