Mr. Fayard was great. I never had an issue reaching him. He always responded to my emails within an hour or two. I received an excessive speeding ticket(petty misdemeanor in Hawaii) he got it dropped to a regular ticket with a minor fine. He got me a quick resolution. I’m very pleased with the outcome. I hired him after we had our consultation and he told me he would be more than happy to take on the case. I gave him $1500 and he said he would contact me back in a week or so, he never contacted me again until I called his office almost daily and finally asked for a refund he then finally called me back and told me he’s not going to refund me and He can’t take on my case and proceeds to send me a an invoice for $2387 for work he never did. I just sent a complaint in to the Florida bar association and hoping he can’t do this to anyone again! PLEASE PLEASE do not give him a single dollar he is corrupt.

Michael Fayard was awesome to work with. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my case. I was on the verge of getting my license suspended for six months and also facing a criminal charge against me but he was able to get my charge reduced down. All I ended up having to do was take a drivers Ed course and pay the court money. If you need a great lawyer I highly recommend contacting him.

I hired him on the 7th of July took my money immediately. I understood he was going out of town but he said he works all the time. I heard nothing. I asked for my retainer back 2500.00 He never got back to me his paralegal Cathy would keep saying I will give him a message unacceptable. He took all that money and did nothing.
