I was disappointed with my experience. The lawyer did not follow through on promises, including failing to call when he said he would and not delivering the results he initially projected regarding my child support case. Communication was inconsistent, which added to my frustration. I hope they improve in providing clear updates and realistic expectations to future clients.

I have worked with Joe on several family law matters and he is very knowledgeable and offers good insight on how to get the result that is best for the situation. He stuck with my family for over 3 years through a very difficult and complex case. He and his wife are compassionate and understanding and down to earth people. I appreciate you service and assistance during a very difficult time.

A big "Shout out" to Michael Fayard my grandson's attorney. My grandson was facing 20 years in prison for an accident he was partially responsible for down to one year. Michael is a man of few word but he sure got what appeared to be the impossible accomplished.

This attorney gave me bad advice cost me $13,000 as of right now due to his bad advice on top of it. He did absolutely nothing but get me deeper in debt. This man is as dishonest as the day is long. Do not hire this attorney at any cost elsewhere. He never returned text messages. I would Go for extended periods of time never hearing from him and when you did try to give him information, he complain worst Attorney I’ve ever used and I have to have to file a complaint with the Florida bar because of him he’s done nothing but caused me financial difficulty. He’s destroyed my credit DO NOT HIRE HIM ! I now have to hire another attorney to do what he could not do! I now have to file a complaint with the Florida bar because of the situation that this attorney got me into and he is completely responsible for this situation. I’m bad advice from him and here he is billing me for the problem he caused it’s insanity.

Attorney Michael Fayard was instrumental in advocating for me and guided me throughout the entire legal process with such care, thoughtfulness, and professionalism. He was so responsive and without his counsel I could not have done it on my own. I highly recommend anyone needing his counsel to contact him.

Beware of this attorney he has been reported many times to the Bar. He’s nothing but a thief and a liar.

Terrible with communication. You’ll never here from him, he sells you one fee once hired he then changes it.

Good service was there when I needed it

Michael Fayard is Terrible. I should’ve known right off the bat that he was not legitimate being that he has no paralegal he has no secretary and he shares a tiny office upstairs with another person. Sure he will give you me a free consultation on the phone and he actually sold me a good pitch he was hired and once he got my money in a Retainer then he didn’t return any of my calls, emails and txm. You look carefully there’s a reason why he has to practice in three states and Hawaii because he can’t get enough clients here in Florida or in any of the other states so he has to travel the world to lure people as he did me please do not make the same mistake I did. I only go to find out that he went to Hawaii on a case supposedly I think it was on a vacation with the money I gave him returns three weeks later I’ll need to tell me he can’t handle my case and he had me sign a Stip Which is a legal document saying that we can’t get along then he has your dad said he to charge me $700 after he told me he couldn’t handle my case and then he lied about the time he said he spent which in reality was only a 30 minute conversation after I gave him a $3500 retainer fee I ended up walking away with $1200 and I had to hire another attorney to start all over again pushing me back am I divorce back a month please don’t make the same mistake I did. STAY ANYWAY FROM MICHAEL FAYARD and save your money. I should’ve known right off the start will you call him and he answers on his cell phone he doesn’t have a paralegal and he doesn’t have a secretary he should lose his license to practice law.

Divorce is a difficult time for anyone. It’s much easier though when you have an attorney like Joe that is knowledgeable and communicates well. Was very pleased with the quality of work, communication, responsiveness and how comfortable Joe made me feel. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone.

Joe Benson is a very compassionate and super competent attorney. He listens and then does his very best to help solve the problem. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Joe was really there for us in a tough time. He was incredibly empathetic and professional and always available to speak when we needed him. He fought very hard for us and I would recommend his services to anyone I know. If you want a firm who will take your case as personally as you do and who will do everything in their power to help you win this is who you want to go with.
