I seriously can't say enough about how awesome Allan Baily is. He closed out my divorce case very quickly and professionally. When I wrote him emails or made phone calls, I had a response that day. Allan exemplifies the integrity and class that I wish every lawyer had. Even after the case was settled and done I can still call him and get advice. He is the best there is! *****

This is a firm of experienced professionals with a compassionate base. A guardianship case was immediately and successfully resolved to accommodate a child’s education needs. Mr. Edwin M. Boyer, Esq. and Ms. Dianet Martiatus, FRP, gave generously and pro bono of their time to help a very grateful family.

This is the second time I have used Boyer & Boyer for my estate needs. The staff is terrific. They are caring and helpful which I appreciate during stressful times like these. I would recommend Boyer & Boyer for all estate planning needs.

I called the Fl bar and they referred me to this law office. When I spoke with the receptionist I gave detailed information and names pertaining to my case. They e-mailed the paperwork in which I filled out promptly. And they stated they were out about two weeks for scheduling. Which I thought was fine because after reading previous reviews, I figured worth the wait. Right? Wrong! Only after more than several days of waiting I received a voicemail stating they declined my case. Without rhyme or reason. Which is their entitlement I guess? But as a potential client would be nice to know particularly why they’re being denied consult/representation. I think they as well as every other firm need to inform their receptionists what cases they’re unwilling to take due to who they’re in conflict of interest with, or personal preference, before people disperse their personal information regarding their case, as it can be sensitive to potential clients. Also, it allows them more time to look for someone who will actually take their case, as time is critical. As opposed to wasting valuable time by scheduling only to decline the appt. Jackie is pleasant but passed the buck to Mary to place blame. So perhaps more staff training? Never the less, his firm, his fault, taking accountability Andrew Boyer. Very disappointing.

Professional, knows what he is doing, responds as soon as he can as he is in court often, and will do everything in his power to win your case!

Boyer&Boyer did all our legal documents 6 years ago, we thought maybe we needed to update them. After a comprehensive review Mr. Boyer explained that in fact we were in good shape and additional work really wasn’t necessary. Appreciate the original work was so complete and the piece of mind that everything is in order.
