I was very frustrated with the work comp process, but Attorney Scully was able to walk me through everything and give me accurate timelines for how long things would take. Attorney Scully was very knowledgeable and experienced with Work Comp claims. I so appreciated that I could have a phone appointment at my convenience. He listened to all my concerns. I was So relieved to have an attorney fighting for my best interest. There was much I was not aware of. I chose to have an attorney due to the aforementioned issue. I stopped receiving calls from Work Comp as they were putting alot of pressure on me to get back to work. I was told by Mr. Berlin the owner on the initial phone consult that I would be real glad I got an Attorney. I am so happy with my final settlement, all Attorney Scully did for me. One specific example is I have a portable Tens Unit that is So effective in bringing pain levels down and accelerating the healing process.
