I have had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Scro over three years ago. In the past four years I have worked with many different attornies for many different reasons and subject matters professionally and personnally. What I have learned over the past few years, it is not the system that lets you down it is the attorney. Mr. Scro continues to demonstrate his overall consistant good judgement and professional conduct as an attorney.
