Andrew was very helpful in reaching closure to a case that had haunted my business for years. His office was very helpful and always available anytime my partners or I had questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of an attorney.

We had a very good consultation, I felt great about him. I gave him a retainer check and then promptly didn't hear from him for almost 3 weeks. They didn't answer their phones or return emails. I had 20 days to respond to my papers I'd been served, so I had to cancel the check and in a rush go find a new lawyer. He then emailed me after that that he was on vacation and he was sorry for my inconvenience.

NO communication. Have emails to prove it. Acted without knowing the facts cause he can't communicate!!!Sent bills and I paid promply till the final outcome then haven't got the final bill cause he owes me money!!No the kind of lawyer anyone would want unless you like to fail in life..........

At this time, I am shopping for a new lawyer. Swiltyk has on several occassions simply not responded to telephone calls and emails, and after relocating, they rent office space by the hour, so there isn't a place you can actually go to to try to talk to this lawyer. Andrew Switlyk surprised us with a refund check for the original matter we retained him for, but has not responded about whether he intended to represent us in a second matter than we switched to. We met with him about it--I thought it was a done deal--and then we're just cancelled. and he isn't responding to our communication attempts.
