As most of us do I procrastinated my situation right until the last minute. When I finally made my mind up that I was going to stand up for myself against the banking giant Bank of America I reached out to Jason. After learning my situation had some time constraints he scheduled a meeting right away. I knew from the beginning that Jason was the right man for the job.... We ended up defeating the big bank and decreasing my repayment obligations significantly.

Jason Ramos is extremely knowledgeable in immigration field. He was able to help me with appealing the denial for immigration of my relative. I honestly did not believe that this could even be done. Fortunately Jason took the case and my relative was granted permanent resident status. He is very thorough and cares about his clients and how immigration impacts their lives. I recently went through a trial modification on my home. I was told by the bank that the foreclose date would be cancelled. In the second month of my modification, I was served with the sale date of my house. It was after hours when I received the information. I was on stress overload! I found Jason on AVVO, and sent him an email late in the evening. The very next morning he called me from his cell phone. He assured me that he would do everything he could to try and keep me in my home. That very same day he was on it! Not only did he keep me informed the entire process, I found out the following week that the sale date had been cancelled. And I was able to keep my home. Jason’s sense of urgency, and compassion is the reason I will be using him again in the future.

Jason did an outstanding job and handle himself professionally. He was knowledgable about litigation and knowledgable about local, state and federal law regarding the issues with my case. He presented the facts as well as the strenghts and weaknesses of my case and we discussed in person, as well as over the phone, his strategies, suggestions and plan to present the best case we could to receive a postive outcome. I was impressed with his courtroom manner and his articulation of the facts and case study he presented to the judge. He was not afraid to stand up to objections and to prove his point as needed. The plaintiff was not represented and inspite of the judge being overly sympathetic to the planitiff, Jason prevailed and we won are case. I would highly recommed Jason Ramos as he is bright, informed and educated on facts that need to be presented. He is fair with his fees and I feel I received more than what I paid for. I would not hestitate to call Jason again to handle any legal issues in the future.
