Thier website says they are veteran friendly and they definitely are. I am a disabled veteran and was having an issue with house I was purchasing. I emailed them, received a timley call back. He reviewed my purchase and sale agreement and gave me legal advice at no charge. Will definitely use them again. Going to change from current closing company to use them and my family will as well.

Selling our home in Sarasota and living in Ohio was was easy by using the right real estate agent. Finding a reliable real estate attorney to close the property was a worry - then we met Attorney Michael Belle. Michael and his staff was friendly and courteous and made us feel very comfortable being out of state prior to the closing. Jeremy Nichols set everything in place, in advance, to make closing day run smooth. Even though we have sold many properties in the past we were not familiar with Florida law. Michael explained everything and the differences between the two states. His office is conveniently located and decorated on trend with fabulous local art. We will be using Michael Belle again, do yourself a favor and contact this office first.
