I recently used The Matechik Law Firm to create a last will & testament, durable power of attorney, living will and a revocable trust. Mr. Matechik made sure I understood the process and explained all of the considerations and implications of my decisions. The time from draft to review to signature was quick, communications efficient and the price tag reasonable.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Mr Matechik, Jillian and his entire firm, from the moment we arrived we were treated like part of a family, we had several legal issues to get squared away, revocable trusts, wills and estate planning, all arranged exactly as we wanted, and Matt gave additional advice and suggestions that we did not think of, it was the smoothest process we have ever had with an attorney!! Matt and his staff were extremely professional and explained every process with ease. Matt was very nice, personable and super smart and was able to answer all questions without hesitation and his staff were exemplary as well. What an outstanding experience! We HIGHLY recommend this firm for any of your family estate planning needs.

My husband and I just did our estate planning with Matthew and Jillian. Being our first time doing estate planning, Matthew was conscientious and walked us through the process seamlessly. Jillian provided us with the such great customer service and was readily available for us when we had questions or concerns. Sorry I allowed this firm to take over for my prior probate attorney, who sadly passed away during our probate process. They are swift alright - I was tricked into signing a waiver that removed me completely from my Mothers Will. Mr. Matechik was only to assist us with the Sale paperwork of my Mothers home. My Lesson: Be super careful when signing documents with this law firm. They also did not return calls and messages in a timely manner (after being hired), so don’t let them fool you, it can cost you dearly! My Lesson: Do not do business with this firm.

I was referred by a friend to handle my fathers affairs after he passed. The Matechik firm is knowledgeable, timely and communicative. This isn’t the type of business one tends to keep on hand as a referral (ex. Mechanic or hair stylist) however I will be adding this one to my Rolodex.

A death in the family is hard enough without any added hurdles. Having a trusted team to handle all of the estate things that I don’t understand is amazing, knowing that it is getting done with integrity and heart is priceless. Thank you thank you for what you do!
