Initially, I had a friend of mine reach out to the firm to have their case handled better; The law firm that they were working with previously was just not doing a great job. When we initially made the phone call, we spoke with Jackie; I just have to say - She handled everything beautifully. She was very professional, personable, and extremely easy to talk to. She listened To everything my friend was going through and what he was dealing with, Not only was she empathetic to his Situation but she made sure to let him know that he would be a priority with the firm. Hundred percent made good on that promise and his case settled and they ended up winning.
