I was very impressed with Bishop from beginning to end. He is a good listener and is very patient in answering questions to decode all the legalese. He was flexible and accommodating, for example, he met me outside of his office to complete my paperwork with me in the car! Due to Covid-19 I was uncomfortable going into the office. He did not hesitate to do what needed to be done for my safety. He was professional but also compassionate, not a given attribute for many attorneys! I first met Mr. Toups in April 2018 at a senior center, where he was doing pro bono work for participants there. Impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, I hired Mr. Toups to draw up Trust Fund documents which were very comprehensive. He was very helpful in explaining all documents before I signed them, and he answered all of my questions. When I had a question recently, Mr. Toups addressed it promptly and helpfully.
