I called this law firm today, and the receptionist was extremely rude. When she answered the phone, she didn’t give the greeting of the day, and was very short when asking questions. She definitely needed some phone etiquette! When someone is calling a law firm they are in need of help, and being polite and courteous on the phone goes a long way!!

I recently was getting hung out by the state after completing 36 months of probation on a mistake that probation made and the state decided to come after me I looked around and read reviews of attorneys and came across Joe Soler I talked to him about the situation and he was straight with me so I hired him he kept in contact with me and the most important part he answered the phone when I called or got right back to me he gave me peace of mind and handled the situation beyond my expectations bottom line if you are in a situation where you think you need a lawyer this is the guy I highly recommend him and will DEFINITELY call him if I ever am in a situation I need legal help thanks a lot Joe I just wish I would have called you first before I had this problem
