I can't recommend Berlin Patten enough. I had a little adventure on the lending side of my house buying process that Sandra help me through with these. They were extremely efficient and effective in answering any and all questions that I had they made the entire experience extremely smooth. Thank you again Sandra.

I had a great experience on my closing with the Berlin, Patten, Ebling team - specifically Elijah & TR!

Stay away! Unprofessional and inept. Sandra left the country and never updated her voice mail. Asked for information not needed and then after a phone call to their office they stated they didn’t need it. We had to addendum twice for items not on our home (hurricane shutters, mailbox key, etc.) and incorrect HOA fees. Also they had spouse name on paperwork that wasn’t on the home title. Tried to add a $75 VA loan fee after all documents were signed and never apologized. Charged me $15 wire transfer fee above all the other charges they collected. For a law firm they don’t read the form letters they send. So glad I’ll never need to deal with this group again.

If you’re looking for an amazing title company to suggest to your clients or if you’re planning on buying/selling your home. They have an in-house attorney and I can’t tell you how helpful that can be during a transaction (not all title companies have this)!
