I never received any Closing documents. It was difficult to contact the agent who handled my closing….

Although this law firm did not represent us in our house sale/closing I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone we had contact with. We never had need for an attorney while living in Sarasota, I certainly have no hesitation recommending them.

In the past 12 years I have bought 5 houses, , including 1other in Florida. Closing on a house is not an unknown experience . 3 weeks ago I bought a house in Sarasota. Berlin Patten Ebling was the closing agent and the experience was a complete nightmare. My contact with them was sporadic at best, unprofessional, and to top it off they left an important assessment fee off the closing document. Fortunately I caught the exclusion in time to prevent a late fee. I would never recommend this firm.

If you are buying or selling a house in the Sarasota area, this is who you want to work with!

Natasha Selvaraj was wonderful to work with. She helped me through my purchase and made me feel at ease. Natasha was so responsive and caring that I felt so comfortable with her! My adult children who checked in with her to make sure I was not messing up (I am a widower and never had dealt with any of these things) were all so grateful for her as she looped them in after asking my permission and saw her sharp legal mind always protecting me and her kind nature being patient with me. My entire family, extended as well, will always call on her anytime we do anything with real estate! Also my realtor loved working with her, Jennifer (my agent) had been using another title company associated with her company and now only uses Natasha as well (which is why I am not using her last name so she doesn't get in trouble with her company, though I would love share her full name as Jennifer was also amazing!). Natasha worked so well with Jennifer and my family that I can not imagine having purchased my home any other way! Natasha will always have my gratitude for helping this otherwise clueless widow! Used them for closing. It was a struggle the whole way. No one ever answered the phone got sent to voicemail every time. Now I receive the Deed via email and they have the wrong address filed with the county. The motor vehicle office caught the mistake when I tried to update my drivers license. I have purchased 7 homes and never experienced such a poor quality closing process

I hired this firm to oversee and orchestrate a condo purchase. They were very good and thorough and responsive as well as nice to work with. I would highly recommend this firm based on my experience

Professional, and wonderful staff on every level handled my closing and that created an opportunity to also handle an LLC formation. Excellence:-)
