Morgan and Morgan handled my case in a very professional manner. They kept me informed every step of the way. I had my opinion of what my case was worth and did not want to settle for anything less. Well, after all was said and done I received more than double my target amount. If I have a need for an Attorney in the future I would without hesitation go to Morgan and Morgan. I would highly recommend Morgan and Morgan without hesitation or reservations.

I have called my case manager 4 different times and different days and no one answered and I left voicemails to call me back and I haven’t gotten one call and she wants me to send her pictures of the accident but didn’t provide an email or anything for me to send it to

That firm is full of nothing but lies, greed, collusion and corruption. They're such a big firm and been working with workman's comp for so long that they can make off hand deals without any effort. It saves them time and money as well as puts a win on an attorney's slip. They didn't investigate or interview any witnesses. Did not look into the accident. At time and deposition they offered $1,000, I told them no. He came back with a different offer and said get this now or zero down the road. Those were his exact words. His name is Joseph odato. Him and his paralegal straight lied to me more than once. It was operated just like a public defender's office would be. They get their checks from the same place so why do they care. I was belittled and humiliated to where I had no choice but to take that offer. That is greed, collusion, corruption that is fine as period just the same way our government is operated. Is there a David out there that can take on this goliath? I've talked to a couple so far and it sounds promising. Then after posting this they replied wanting me to contact them about it. They should call me before I sign with St. DENIS or one of the other firms wanting to bring them down. Just another example of them not being 'for the people'. Like the terrible, lazy, greedy job they did representing Pollock in a medical malpractice suit which led to Morgan and Morgan being sued and losing millions

Getting things done so I don’t have to worry about it myself I see the doctor in June. It will be a year hoping to finish the case thank you.

Morgan and Morgan are really for the people !! They always put you and your family FIRST. My family and I has been dealing with them for several years without any negative issues. Every case does not have a legitimate claim or always in your favor. It can be frustrating but there are strict laws that has to be followed on both sides. Sometimes success requires losing !!

Location mistake and delay in rescheduling unnecessarily delayed my initial WC evaluation and care, poor communication, concerns about my case were not addressed by staff (only breifly by atty.), etc.
