I have been trying to reach my attorney for a few weeks now and have been unsuccessful.

Morgan and Morgan have been exceptional in communication from the onset of my first phone call. The process was easy, with a quick response time, and an excellent legal team that included Attorney Joseph Odato, and the ever patient Yolanda Jacques. Never did I feel like a bother, or any question was too small. A very hard working team of professionals, with compassion, and heart. Typically, I am not one to write reviews, especially when requested. However these folks are indeed very special, and I am most grateful to look for a more positive road ahead.

I don't hear from anyone, and they rarely return my calls. I have no idea what is going on with my case.

Beware people. You will never hear from your attorney, case manager nor anyone else for that matter. You can call all you want but you will never ever get to speak to anyone and your voicemail messages will not be returned until weeks later if at all. You can send all the email, text messages or whatever else there is but please do not expect anything from them. THIS IS THE MOST SHOCKING THING!!!!! BE WARE BECAUSE YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY BE IN THE DARK ABOUT EVERYTHING!!!!! YOU WILL NEVER KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING OR HOW YOU CASR IS PROGRESSING!! AGAIN PLEASE BE WARE!!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD!!!

From the first phone call I made to every time I called my case manager to ask a question or to find out what was going on there was never any problem getting in touch with understanding or communicating. My case manager Scott visit was awesome I would definitely recommend Morgan & Morgan

June 24, 2022 I went to Partners Imaging for Ultra Sound coming out of exam room tech open door into waiting room. I stepped on the threshold and started sliding across the waiting room, on my left shoulder. Tech tried to help me up but I ask to sit a min. She came back with ice put on shoulder. I set for 10-15 min she bought more ice help me set in chair. I signed a form stating incident, I asked her to state I slipped on threshold, she never brought form back to me. Maybe 45 min x-rays were taken. July7, 2022 DR Carlson still in pain sent for more x-rays. August 15, 2022 Dr Carlson sent me for MRI. August 17, 2022 Dr Carlson called me with results, torn rotator cuff. Doctor suggested surgery or P.T. I started P.T. November 4th. November 30, 2022 I went to Coastal Orthro for second opinion with Dr Otte. He also suggested surgery. I stayed with P.T. until April 22, 2023, then I stared doing P.T. at home Joyce Wilson
