Visited this firm a couple of years ago with my wife, and business partner, to get all of our affairs in order for the future. How pleasant, professional and informative the consult was. We all decided to continue with the process of setting up the necessary documents (Trusts, Living Wills, Medical Directives, Powers of Attorney, etc.) to make sure our assets are/were protected from probate, and serious and sometime very difficult choices are pre-determined and documented. Greg Kaiser and staff are incredible, reliable and most important knowledgeable. We all highly recommend this firm for all of your down the road needs to prevent or minimize issues which will certainly arise once you've past.

Greg and his team are absolutely amazing. I am so glad that my mother and I decided to work with Greg to write up her will and get her estate planning matters in order. He is extremely knowledgeable, understanding and just an all around great person. Same with his staff. He answered every question I had with a high level of clarity and gave advice to my mother and I about things that helped us greatly, that would have never crossed our minds. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and easy. Even when my mother ended up back in the hospital during the time we had an appointment, he and his staff were so understanding and compassionate. They even offered to go to the hospital to finalize everything if we truly thought that she wasn’t going to make it. Thankfully, she made it out and we actually just got home from our meeting with Greg to finalize all of the paperwork. We had such a great experience with him that I felt compelled to write a review. Especially because the way that we found and decided to work with Greg was from all of the great reviews that we read. I highly recommend Greg and his team to anyone who is looking for an attorney to help them with wills and estate planning matters. Thank you Greg and Chelsea, you guys are amazing!

Greg reviewed our estate plan when we moved from out-of-state. He helped us establish our Florida trust. His Client Care Program is an important benefit that assures we can stay updated with legal matters. It also provides a consistent, reliable and responsive resource for each other and our adult children when there are questions and advice on managing the reality of changing circumstances as we age. My family and I needed Greg and his staff for both Elder Care assistance (which brought us to his firm initially) and Estate Planning. The Estate Planning was the easy part - he is very knowledgeable and quick to offer assistance with challenging situations - and my husband are very happy with the end result. Where we REALLY needed him was with the legal and emotional issues surrounding Elder Care and the protection of both my father (heading quickly into dementia and needing care) and my StepMom (financial protection). His constant assurance and assistance kept us even-keeled thru very emotional and sad circumstances. Between Greg and his terrific associate Chelsea, we always felt taken care of, and most important of all, safe.
