My husband and I have been in Sarasota for 10 years and kept saying to eachother that we needed to update our wills. I can highly recommend WTPELF. In 2015 while looking for an attorney for a will I came across Greg Kaiser, best find I could have ever made. He set a revocable trust, marital estate plan, last will and testament, durable power of attorney, health care surrogate and living will declaration, all for a very reasonable fee. He updated all the documents at no charge in 2020 and even included a USB containing copies of all our estate planning documents with a separate USB for our health care documents. Thank you Greg. My husband discovered WTPELF via some internet research and saw good reviews. It was time to get our documents updated, especially with the birth of our first grandchild. We first met with Greg via teleconference and he walked us through the features of a Trust and why it might be right for us. We then worked with Greg and his team to draw up the necessary documents. We learned a great deal through the process, and the WTPELF team was terrific when responding to inquiries or resolving any issues. We met at their very safe office (plexiglass dividers) to sign the documents, and then a second meeting to learn how to appropriately deal with elder care issues. The WTPELF team will even meet with our daughters when they are in town to review their roles as executors. All in all, an excellent experience, and we rate WTPELF 5 STARS!!! You absolutely cannot go wrong if you have Greg and the WTPELF team handle your will and trust.

Normally, it’s my nature not to trust attorneys (no offense intended!); however, Mr. Kaiser did above and beyond. The legalities of wills, power of attorney and other paperwork involved with aging is an absolute necessity if you want it to be easier on your family. Mr. Kaiser listened, assessed and delivered to cover all the bases. No matter your age, if you have loved ones who you care for or vice versa, get legalities out of the way. Gregory (Greg) was my support legally, but he also was compassionate enough to support me at a personal level. At times he gently delivered the brutal honesty I respected and needed. My family situation forced me into many arenas I had zero familiarity with. Ongoing and repeated medical crises with my spouse (which led to legal problems) threw me into a tailspin. Greg always jumped in humbly, yet unmistakeably filled with knowledge and helped me navigate through the issues . He provided me a level of security, comfort and direction to keep me grounded.
