Ben was very prompt in helping us resolve an eviction of two tenants. We as homeowners had been trying to evict these tenants for over a year. We hired a lawyer (not Ben) who was difficult to talk to and overcharged us for his services. Then we hired Ben who happens to sing in the same chorus as us. Ben acted immediately on our behalf filing all the necessary paperwork resulting in the tenants moving out within a couple of weeks. We are forever grateful to Ben and his professionalism in this matter. His hourly rate was very reasonable. He also kept us up to date with his progress via e-mail.
