Lindsay is an excellent attorney. Easy on the eyes as well!!!!!!

Very happy how fast and smooth my divorce was processed with the help of Attorney Lindsay and Brooke. Brooke is amazing, very quick to respond with any questions and very helpful. Spouse living in a foreign country/outside the US so we had to do international process service for the papers, Brooke helped me save some cost of the process server.

I was so nervous about my situation and they really eased all my doubts and my nervousness and made the entire process seamless for me. Well what can I say, it's been 10 years working with Lindsay , I pretty much lost my son to his mother in Florida I'm located in Montana it's been touch and go up and down time. Lindsay has been consistent honest and fair she let me know it wouldn't be easy if even possible but through hers and mine consistency and keeping my son the target we WON , I'm actually in Florida now picking him up.... In 2019 my parental rights to my daughter were terminated due to personal struggles in my life. I hired Lindsey to represent me after I put in the work and got myself to a better place. Today reunification was granted and my full custodial rights were restored. Lindsey helped me accomplish something I thought was impossible! I am an Unmarried father (well married but not to the child’s mother) & I expected an uphill battle especially here in the state of Florida. Let me tell you Ms Lindsey made me super comfortable in this battle for custody of my son. She is very smart, very nice & has worked with me and had my back through everything. Ms Brooke who also works in the office has been super helpful & very responsive throughout this whole case. Other attorneys in the area told me they could get me 50/50 , but I wanted more. Despite me wanting more Lindsey looked into the case and realized the child’s best interest needed me to have more & Lindsey got straight to work. As a single father I was struggling with funds but I was willing to go broke to fight for my son & Lindsey worked with me through it all. I am so thankful and happy to have had Lindsey in my corner the whole way. Needless to say, Thanks to Lindsey’s intelligence of the law & ability to argue facts and present evidence, I have walked away with Majority time sharing , as an unmarried father (which is unheard of) Me and My family can not thank Lindsey enough. This is definitely a bitter sweet moment because though I got everything I asked for, I know I won’t be seeing Lindsey anymore & that really sucks because she is such a great human. However if I ever end up in a court room again I know exactly who I will be calling to represent me in the future!
