Florida Bar complaint RFA 21-1275. Kevin D'Espies was personally involved with the removal, storage and sale of my boat (marital asset) to another attorney's office. He lied in court documents and knowingly obstructed my access to evidence. Another Google listing review by me, listed under Kevin J. D'Espies, gives further background on his unethical history. Kevin, for nearly four years, you have affected my life: slept with my wife, stole my boat, aggressively approached me in court and maliciously initiated 10 felonies against me. Bring-it, anytime, anywhere!

If you are looking for family law attorney, do yourself a favor, save your money and don’t hire Despies......the absolute worst nightmare.

Made a appointment for a consult, they said they would call me the day before for confirmation. No confirmation call was ever received, so I called them myself and they had no idea who I was or what I was talking about when she had just taken all my information the week before. I had already arranged child care and it was such a waste. If they can’t even keep track of simple appointments then that doesn’t say much for the practice itself.
