I had lost my job during the recession, and fell behind on my credit cards, which resulted in the interest rates skyrocketing upwards of 20% or higher. I eventually found work again, and tried to pay my debt down, but I couldn't seem to get ahead. On advice of a friend, I met Mr. Roberts in March 2013 to discuss my options regarding this never-ending cycle. I was extremely impressed with Mr. Roberts' professionalism, and knowledge of Bankruptcy Laws. He appeared genuinely intersted in helping, and was not there to simply sell me something. He explained the importance of not liquidating my IRA to pay the debt, and my options regardin the few assets I do have. Basically, I felt comfortable discussing bankruptcy, which is something I never thought I would say. Lawyers get a bad rap, but if you're in a tough spot, I'd highly recommend this attorney.
