James provided lousy services for our parents estate. His services were terminated by the adminitrator who also turned out to have ethical issus. It took about five years to have to estate finally disbursed. I never got a reason how my parents were able to change their will six days before they entered an assisted living facility. One parent had alheimers the other parents had demensia. I would also like to give a shout out to James's daughter in law Doritza who was a notary during this time. Just because this guy has been in town for about four decades doesn't mean that he is a good attorney.

It is my experience James likes to threaten legal action for reviews that he doesn't like. I will try to choose my words carefully. James services were termninated when he messed up the distrubution of our parents will. It took us years, many headaches and alot more cash to finally have the will distributed. Also, Labozzo's daughter in law Doritza was the notary for our parents changing their will even though both were not mentally incompetent. Mom had Alzheimers, dad had demensia. Thanks Lobozzo family for nothing.

The girl who does their real estate closing needs some customer service schooling... she is short, impersonal, and all that she cares about is hurrying up and NEXT!!!
