Leah is very easy to talk with and gives things to you straight. Working in business, I know what I want but have very little time to understand all the nuances of the law. She explains it in an easy to understand fashion and has drafted and modified a plethora of contracts, including partnership agreements, confidentiality contracts, employee contracts, and individualized client agreements.
