The complexity of trying to perform a buyout of a property with a sibling with whom I was having a hard time agreeing on the terms was overwhelming. However, once attorney Coleman Hengesbach took charge of the situation, everything fell into place. Mr. Hengesbach made sense of all the terms and solved the issue without going to litigation. I genuinely appreciate his consistent communication throughout the process and the fair price for his service. In the future, if I ever have legal issues with my property, Coleman Hengesbach will be my go-to attorney.

Firefighter went under contract for a home that was on the market for half a year. After doing everything possible to close on this purchase, the seller refused to give back the buyers escrow (per contract) and has not allowed 3rd party intervention to resolve (not correct). Horrible service, and abuse of a situation.

This law office is the only one out of more than 20+ I contacted over a 5 year period to get me help. Coleman and ANA are rockstars they will help you resolve and get compensated my family was trying to block my legal and justified inheritance and Coleman made sure my interests were protected. I was referred to Hengesbach & Hengesbach by my family law attorney. Coleman handled my case and was honestly a much better attorney than my family law attorney. He was always quick to reply to any questions I had and he knows what he is doing and gets it done. He was on top of everything start to finish and understood my goals and pushed to make it happen. If I have any need for this firms expertise in the future I will surely hire them again.
