Betty and Ana have been amazing through this whole process, and it’s been a long one. Ana was always prompt in responding or getting us in touch with Betty. Any time I needed an appointment with my doctor they got it handled very quickly. Betty let me know what to expect during the deposition with the WC case manager. And her advice during the settlement process was invaluable. I truly appreciate the work she did for me.
