Convicted felons cannot be the executor of a will but they won't accept someone who has their rights restored unless you find someone to represent you.Rights restoration they don't want either..

My mother has used SEAN E. HENGESBACH for years, I personally never dealt with him until my mother became terminally ill and unable to comprehend things. I went with her to finalize her estate. Yes she has changed it many times BUT she didn't expect anything for free. I was shocked how cold and condescending Sean was to my mother. He talked down to her and would talk over me when I would ask a question. Even his staff was rude. He didn't want me to come back with her at first until she insisted. He scolded her about a property transfer she did, saying you did this without me? I investigated into the matter just to find out Sean actually signed the title transfer. How does he not know this before treating her like she was an idiot? This being my first experience with him, I told her we were finding someone else. When a family member is ill and unable to comprehend, have some compassion. All I can say is my first impression of this attorney and his staff, left me very disappointed and upset. I would not recommend.

Coleman is a true professional who is all business and gets positive and immediate results. No issue is to complicated for him and his assertive attitude portrays strength and conviction in achieving your success. The man is a winner and takes no prisoners. Helped me with many legial questions and issues .

I don't know why my first post was deleted, but I used the back in 2021. Jason zandecki was the attorney all high hope of getting things done with my grandfather. As we further along he called to tell me the other attorney won the lottery and that he doesn't see wrong doing when my grandfather has memory loss and Parkinson's... Also after I paid the lump some of 3500 cash when he came back and said we won't do anything and it will cost more than expected and he don't know this lawyer wouldn't risk what he won in lottery over wrong doings... So simply put they charged me for every call every email and everything else they could just to not refund money to me.... Which they also have in contract money is non refundable so in terms stay away from this company these lawyers and overall Jason... I am waiting to see this post deleted again when it's legit...
