After long process and lots of money was promised great professional representation and left with empty promises. Worst trial lawyer ever.

After being heavily engaged with the Florida court system and dealing with multiple attorneys throughout the Tampa Bay area, I was made aware of Ms. Tuomey background. After consulting with her I decided it would be a good fit. I was right and my investment in her knowledge paid off exactly the way I felt it should. The problem in today's system is who to trust with your " legal dollars". This being said I now know after watching her navigate through complex issues on multiple govmt and legal levels that you would be wise to consult with her. I have wasted thousands upon thousands of dollars and countless hours trying to resolve a matter. Once I was able to sit with Ms. Tuomey and all the facts and circumstances were laid out , she was able to formulate an actionable plan that made perfect sense from complex issues. You will be hard pressed to duplicate the understanding and knowledge that her firm has to offer without losing your shirt getting the run around from other attorneys, who do nothing but yes you to death. If you need a top notch attorney who is compassionate, understanding and unafraid to take on your legal matters.....then look no further.

When it comes down to brass tacks these days, everyone wants your money. The difference between lawyers is whom is actually going to put forth the effort to earn your hard earned money and trust. One thing that makes Ms. Tuomey a head above the rest, is the time it takes to listen and find the real issues to get to the bottom of your legal matters , quickly and efficiently. I personally have dealt with many attorneys throughout the Tampa Bay area. This being said, I know how difficult, it can be finding the attorney that will give you the time needed to seek out and understand the issues and how to go about solving them, correctly. I would highly recommend Debra, especially if you like to fight and win, if winning isnt your foremost interest then you have plenty of attorneys to choose from.

Attorney Debbie Toumey just helped me with a Quit Claim Deed in a difficult divorce case. She was professional and very nice and caring.
