Very happy with how my case was handled. I simply worked on myself, feeling better and they took care of the insurance companies and everything else. They were quick, attentive, and professional.

This was the first time that I needed to use a law firm and I was very happy with my choice, Whittel & Melton, for my workers comp case! I talked to other firms before choosing Whittel & Melton but it was the way they first interviewed me that sold me. Attorney Chris K and Prudence were assigned to my case and since this was my first experience in a matter like this, they were patient in explaining the legal process and the best and worst case scenarios, without “sugar coating” anything. We had a difficult case where the other firm was not responding to requests and Attorney Chris K kept the pressure on them and even had to file motions to get them to respond. In the end, I think we got the best settlement possible. God forbid that I am in a position to need a law firm again, but if I did I would not hesitate to make Whittel & Melton my first call and choice!

WARNING! GREEDY! Paid them $3400 for approximately two hours work. They decided they could not do my case. We went before the judge so they could drop me and I did not know that the judge makes the decision about a refund, too. I did Not get any money back. MONEY HUNGRY attorneys. All they care about is how much money they can make. Find a better attorney! Stay away from this place!
