I have never been in a situation for the need of an Attorney, unfortunately my son waa in need. I called Whittel & Melton and from beginning to end they assured me everything would be fine no need to stress! The Attorney & investigator told me tje plan and it was executed exactly as tjey said it would. I thank them for tbeir professionalism, compassion and integrity. This is the best law firm I have ever used, in Florida. . They turned what I thought a hopeless case, into first a fighting chance, and then a win. All thru the process you will be expertly advised and the final decision is always yours at any stage of your case. You will get your own attorney assigned. Even still, ALL The attorneys work as a team. While each is more than capable. They take advantage of the whole teams knowledge base to help your case resolve to whats best for you , not them. . All the paralegals are wonderful and will go to bat for you to help settle claims against your file once a settlement is achieved. Meghan Is an amazing paralegal. The best thing is that communication is exemplary to all others. You will never have a hard time reaching anyone in this law firm. You will never say I could not reach them or they did not call me back.. They call you expediently on anything new, and they seek you out to inform you of new information. They get back to you, without delay, if you call them and must leave a message do to their being on teleconference or with another client. I am pleased to give my highest rating and my personal reference to this law firm. That is how impressed i am, and you too will be.

I can’t say enough how amazing this firm is! They were very supportive and available at any given moment! They worked diligently to help resolve my case and were completely honest and upfront throughout the entire process!! As it was extremely stressful for myself, we were able to share a few chuckles along the way which certainly helped! I would hire them again if needed and recommend them as your first choice! The intake specialist, Paula, did a very poor job listening. She rushed me through my explanation of what happened and by doing so she missed important details that make my case. My advice, always get a second opinion because the details matter. Don't let someone rush you through what happened to you. If they do, they are not the people to represent you as was my experience here.
