I'm not sure about injury but Jeremy is a damn good criminal lawyer! I appreciate him and his staff, I used him more than once and he never let me down

Didn't like the overall experience and felt rush to settle. Even when they came back with an offer, I had to tell them to go back and renegotiate again. Which they did and got a little bit more. Even though the amount I got back was way less than what I thought. Spoke to other lawyers afterwards and was told that I could've gotten back more because of the severity of my condition and knowing the other party bodily injury protection was a lot.

The law firm is helping me immensely their correspondence is thorough and consistent I will recommend them to everyone that needs assistance

If I could I leave negative review I’d leave it. Daniel Hartpence is a trash lawyer I fired him and he broke client confidentiality and my papers VOP, he never filed the motions that would have gotten my case dismissed and I caught a new charge and he spooked me into pleading out 2 days before Christmas saying the judge would revoke my bonds on a new misdemeanor charge when I have saw several of my homeboys catch armed trafficking in fentanyl cases bond out and catch new charges of trafficking and bond out he is no better then a public defender I had to tell him where the issues were in my discovery he didn’t review my discovery throughly at all. The office constantly mixed my cases up with other clients. If u go here don’t get Hartpence if Clark isn’t going to handle your case look elsewhere
