Derek with Jenkins Law firm represented us in a recent property insurance claim involving a spontaneous ceiling collapse. Derek was prompt, efficient, professional and most importantly, kept us informed all throughout the process. I should mention that any perceived delays were in no part their fault but the insurance company stalling; nevertheless, Derek was persistently committed to ensuring that we received a fair compensation and we couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome and experience. I highly recommend this law firm for any homeowner that has a legitimate claim which is covered under their policy, denied. From start to finish, Mr. Jenkins was very courteous and professional and handled all matters tactfully and was able to obtain the full amount in which we requested from the insurance company. Jim Jenkins and his team did an outstanding job working through the legal battles with our insurance claim denial. Everything happened like they anticipated and communicated to us. It's sad that you pay all this money for insurance and then when you need it and you make a claim, more and more folks are getting denied.
