My wife and I were involved in what became a very complicated and confusing, not to mention maddening, Timeshare situation, and knew we needed to get out! Unfortunately, we did not really know how. Through investigating, we came across the Finn Law Group. After doing our due-diligence, as best as we could, and a couple of phone conversations with a few different attorneys, we decided that the Finn Law Group was our best option! We were right!! From beginning to end took several months, just like Finn Law Group advised us it might, but they told us to remain patient. We did, and that patience has been rewarded! We have just been informed that Finn Law Group has reached a most satisfactory settlement for us, and we have been completely released from any and all further obligations to the Timeshare Company!! We were hesitant while trying to get rid of our time share because we had already run into so many scams. We did our research and found FINN LAW and I am happy to say that they did a great job. Our case did change hands but it was done effortlessly and everyone was professional and answered all our questions. Our case took approximately 7 months from start to finish but we got the outcome we wanted. In our quest to escape a timeshare scam that my mother and I were lured into during our vacation in Mexico, we conducted extensive research to find the right legal assistance, ultimately leading us to the Finlaw Firm. Before reaching out to them, we were cautious, having encountered numerous timeshare exit companies that sought to charge us exorbitant fees and push us into further dubious contracts. What convinced us about Finlaw was their numerous positive reviews from satisfied clients and their BBB accreditation, which gave us the assurance that they were a legitimate law firm. Our initial contact led us to request a conversation with Mike Finn, the owner of the firm. While he was not in the office at the time, he promptly returned our call, displaying patience as he meticulously addressed all our inquiries. He shared his extensive legal background and his firm's expertise in handling timeshare cases, instilling trust in his capabilities. Given that we were located out of state, we requested a virtual meeting with Mike and his team via Zoom to acquaint ourselves with them. This meeting, which also included a virtual tour, solidified our comfort with their services.
