I write this review while currently retaining Finn Law Group in a timeshare manner. TLDR: They do what they say they will do. The timeshare industry is an industry full of half truths and straight up lies. Even the timeshare exit industry is full of people ready to scam you. I took a risk with Finn Law group, because I knew I did not have the legal expertise to maneuver around all the crazy loopholes and run arounds that they throw to ensure you pay them for life. After they got my information, they gave me an action plan, and I followed through on my end. I was nervous that they may not do so on their end. Then I got a letter in the mail from the company I am in dispute with, proving that Finn law absolutely followed through on what they promised they would do. Though my current situation is not yet complete, I know that they keep their word. This is invaluable in sorting through this mess. I whole heartedly recommend Finn Law Group, at the very least, they keep their word.

Although I hate to admit it, my husband and I were taken in by the idea that a timeshare was a good idea. When we tried to get out of it, we were mislead again and again. If it wasn't for the experienced staff at Finn Law Group who have consistently stayed on top of our situation, we'd still be stuck paying ridiculously high fees for vacations we never received. Finn Law Group was our only hope to get out of a Time Share Nightmare that was dragging us down in debt! It is a slow process, but we are so grateful for what they have done for us. After realizing this timeshare company wasn't going to hold up their end of the agreement, I felt helpless and uncertain as to if there was going to be anyone to help me. I had contacted some companies that I found online but they seemed very sketchy and didn't have good reviews but then I found Finn Law Group. Everyone I spoke to, either by phone or email, was very helpful, quick to respond and very attentive. Finn Law Group has different people in different departments that handle different aspects of the process. They send you documents that you need to fill out but they do all the work and communication with the time share companies. This was extremely relieving because anytime I tried to talk with the time share people, they were less than helpful. The process takes a while, 6-12 months and was kind of pricey for me however well worth it!!! It was stressful to sit and wait but I trusted Finn Law Group. They know what they're doing and have been doing it a long time. They told me they couldn't promise a resolution but after 8 long months, they finally got a resolution and I was out from under it 100% !!! I highly recommend Finn Law Group. You won't be disappointed.

The Finn Law Group was recommended to us to help us get out of a timeshare contract we had with Festiva. We had tried to do this unsuccessfully on our own. The recommendation was very, very, very well warranted!!! We worked with Louise Barnett. Louise was terrific and kept us up to date as our case progressed through the various stages of the process. Louise and the Finn Law Group successfully extricated us from our contractual obligations. We were happy working with Louise and delighted in the outcome!

I didn't think it was possible to get out of this, after working with Finn law I can now breathe.
