I have a hearing in 1 week . They originally scheduled a consultation for me last week with Erin, but cancelled it due to the power outage . Today when I called at scheduled time they told me that I don’t have an appointment, then later they said that it’s with a different attorney ( which I wasn’t aware of ) . I said that no one told me that that it was scheduled with a different lawyer, but I still agreed to speak with them. Assistant placed me on hold and then she told me that I need to call my legal insurance to let them know that it won’t be a good fit . When I asked why - the receptionist told me it’s because of my tone of the voice and dissatisfaction during our conversation .

First i want to share my thanks to Mr Reissman and Lynn for all the work they had done for me during this hard time! They never made me feel guilty about anything but assured me that these things happen unfortunately. I know that this process can be stressful, but the Reissman law group did everything they could to keep this a pain-free and stress-free process. With the consistent check ins for anything needed of me or the email keeping me up to date with my case, communication was excellent. After the case has been filed, closed and then discharged i couldn't help but voice my gratitude to Lynn and Mr Reissman! Thabk you again for everything you had done for me!

I contacted Mr. Reissman regarding my Chapter 7 bankruptcy and expressed various concerns about my case. Marshall promptly addressed these issues, providing solace in a naturally stressful situation. The communication with his office has been exceptional, arguably the finest I've experienced with any law firm. Although I realize I'm not their sole client and callbacks may require time, the staff and Mr. Reissman appear to be remarkably proactive in their communications with clients. Thanks to Marshall and his excellent team, I was able to navigate through my bankruptcy and move forward, which has brought significant relief. I just got off the phone with Marshall Reissman. I have called 20 lawyers in the last couple of days and by far he was most sincere, compassionate and straight forward lawyer I have talked too. I have decide to choose him to represent me no matter the outcome.
