“Was told I had a case for my father and was told they would represent me. However, I called multiple times regarding my father's case and never received a call back.”

Lack of transparency and communication
“I was told over a year ago that I would receive money for my dad's brother in the tobacco lawsuit case. I never received it. Finally, I received a call from Charles Scott 2 weeks ago that he was sending papers to sign. Still have not received anything, and no one will return my calls.”

“He gave me misinformation, he told me the wrong amount that was going to receive I was signing documents for a year even when I had an emergency with my son in another state I was looking for places to get documents notarized I also signed closing statements that were untrue.”
