Josh Shankman took total charge of the closing of our newly purchased home in Stuart, Florida, on April 27th, 2020, safely masked in an outdoor tent, shortly after the pandemic was declared, for Christopher J. Twohey. He was totally professional, courteous, and quite knowledgeable in all he did, All questions answered!!! I must saw he’s an absolute doll, and I would absolutely use him again... I wish my younger daughter was with us to meet him, maybe a spark would’ve ignited. But Thant’s not important, He’s phenomenal, also Chris Twohey, and staff is too... Thanks so very much!!! Love our home and totally in love with Stuart...
