I had an issue with a contractor who had done some work incorrectly that needed to be repaired. They clearly let me know that they were not financially responsible for the issue. Scott was in contact with the company and helped them see their responsibility. Within a week of his contacting them, I had a check for the repairs. I would highly recommend Scott for his knowledge and expertise.
