I had an accident at work when someone sprayed the hose in the kitchen without warning and I fell and broke my ribs in 7 places! Workmen’s Comp kept giving me the runaround so I reached out to Ken Ehrlich via a referral. I had learned that because I healed so fast and completely with no ongoing issues I’m what they label a nuisance lawsuit. I’m 60 years old and lost 8 weeks of work, lost the right to sue the owner (laws in FL are ridiculous when it comes to this)! Ken was awesome to say the least and got me the maximum amount plus legal fees and medical and even waived his percentage and took less to help me! I’d recommend him to anyone tired of being pushed around by the legal system which always screws the little guy! All my best
