I used Donaldson & Weston after I was hit by a driver who ran a stop sign. My attorney John was very thoughtful and thorough with my needs and guided me through what was a sometimes confusing and worrying time. I was shocked at how difficult my situation was becoming and the myriad of different complications and costs. The different policies and methods that doctors offices and insurance companies used also made life more complicated than I thought they would have been. John was also very detailed in his approach, he was honest and open with how my case was proceeding and did not give me any false hope or promises. Everything was laid out for me and I was allowed to make my own decisions based on the information that had been provided on how I wished to continue at every step in my case. Every decision I made was supported and I felt line John and the team always had my best interests in mind.
