Wonderfull customer service very happy with their service

I cannot recommend this place enough. Karen Richards was everything you could possibly hope for in an attorney! She's always available for you no matter what the question and she makes you feel important, like your matter. She has a stellar reputation for a good reason. And she's pleasant to boot! Highly highly recommend.

Donaldson & Weston is THE best! For years during a long, hard battle for SSI benefits, Maricruz Mendoza and Ana Hernandez advocated for me with the absolute best of their ability. My medical issues are many, and they worked mercilessly to get all the proper documentation to make sure my voice was heard. I couldn’t be more thankful to them for helping me! My case was complex, and I honestly didn’t know which way the court would lean… Fortunately, the ALJ was able to blatantly see my daily struggles, and a ruling was made less than a month after my hearing date. I’m incredibly thankful! I appreciate you all, and thank you for being a voice to those who sometimes don’t have one!

About 7 months ago i was hit by an 18 wheeler in Port Saint Lucie, i was stopping for an ambulance. Never did I think i would end up in that same ambulance. I had what was certain to be an unwinnable Social Security Disability case. I had been denied, denied, declined, and lost on more appeals than I could count since 2010. Due to an error on the part of SSD, my case was brought up for review and reevaluation. From the moment I contacted Donaldson and Weston, I was certain I had made the right choice of law firm. The receptionist, paralegal, and my attorney Karen Richardson couldn't have been more professional and compassionate. Karen took thoughtful and dedicated time to prepare me for my hearing. Most importantly she was realistic in managing my expectations as well. When I got the phone call to let me know that I had prevailed, I was completely dumbstruck. 12 years of back payments coming my way at a time when the economy is so challenging brought me to tears. I have always known that Social Security does everything they can to deny applicants their due claims. The fact that Karen was able to bring me a winning verdict was like Christmas Easter and the 4th of July all rolled into one! Social security does not make it at all user friendly for claimants to receive an award or receive benefits. If you are looking for a law firm that can get the job done, Donaldson and Weston is your home.
