Being in a car accident especially away from home can be scary, confusing, and complicated. As a non-Floridian, I was faced with these challenges. Immediately following my car accident I left a message for Donaldson & Watson I was immediately put in contact with Mr. Pape and Zac. I was able to scan all my pertaining documents to him and they started getting the information that was needed ?,.and documents from the accident. Zac was fantastic, he got my rental car expedited, and communicated directly with the auto body shop and insurance company. They were recommended by a friend and I would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. The even called me every few days to see how I was doing.
