I turned to Donaldson and Weston after my mom unexpectedly had a stroke, turning our lives upside down. I was so overwhelmed managing her care while working full-time and keeping up with my children. Maricruz and Kimberly were friendly, kind knowledgeable and thorough. They took the stress of applying for disability off my shoulders managing all the back and forth of communicating with SS and making sure we understood what was happening. It was the best decision we have made in this process. I highly recommend them.

I have received great compassion and expediency. I was assigned to Kristen. She was exceptional caring, understanding and explained every aspect of the process. The communication was so good. I felt like Kristen was a family member. She completed her task with love. It showed with her texting, phone calls, assisting me with the paperwork, with her outstanding work ethics and her promptness to complete the task.
