Она оказалась специализируется по недвижимости и тогда же наверное судьба мне преподнесла её в подарок. Светлана предупредила меня что Губернатор Флориды ДеСантис готовит ввести с 1 июля закон по которому гражданам Китая, России, С Кореи, Сирии, Венесуэллы и Кубы вводятся ограничения по покупке недвижимости. И главное там нужно будет регистрировать до 31 декабря или затем штраф в размере 1000$/день! Я не сильно озаботился этим потому что в цивилизованных странах не могут появляться законы позволяющие отнять недвижимость. Но когда закон ввели в виде дополнения в Устав Флориды 692.201-205. прочитав его я начал беспокоиться потому что сменятся режимы и их лидеры и сам губернатор а Устав останется, да и раписано было судьям и оценщикам и клерку что делать чтобы изъять собственность. Через 4 месяца после введения в действие по состоянию на 15 ноября так и не появились форма регистрации и инструкция по заполнению как и карты для определения зон критически важных объектов что не позволяло произвести регистрацию. Но Светлана сделала регистрацию, тем самым отведя от меня неумолимо надвигающееся обстоятельство непреодолимой силы. Ей можно доверять и я рекомендую всем. У меня 7 уровень эксперта Гугл и я редко ставлю высокие оценки.

Hired Joe to represent me for a high conflict child custody case. Joe and Donna were very thorough in getting everything handled in case we were to go in front of a judge. Luckily Joe and Donna were able to work with the opposing counsel and come to a fair agreement through mediation. As with anything, concessions had to be made. But in the end we were able to come to a solution that is best for the sake of our child. Would use his firm again if the need arose.
