Erin and her staff did an excellent job handling the probate of my late brother's estate. They handled all the paperwork, kept me well informed, and did it for a very fair price. Erin and her staff did a great job in developing our Final Will and Testament, Medical Proxy, and Power of Attorney.

We needed to have our 20-year-old estate documents updated. I had seen recommendations for Erin on local neighborhood groups. We had a free (and extremely useful!) 30 minute consultation with her at her office. During this consultation she gave us her recommendations about what we'd need in our estate documents. We followed her recommendations and had new wills, DPOAs, Living Wills and Health Care Proxies created. We are a blended family and have property in two different states which makes things a little less straightforward. The draft docs were available for our review within a couple of days and signing of the final version took place within one week of the free consultation. She answered all our questions in plain language that was easily understandable. The communication between her office and us was really easy and efficient (email and text--all docs could be reviewed at a secure site online). We had been procrastinating on having this done because we thought it would be a time-consuming process and we just didn't know any local estate attorneys. The cost was much less than we had expected. too. We were told upfront what the cost was for the will package as opposed to a trust package. They were both flat rates. We have peace of mind now and couldn't have been more pleased with the skill and service. Also, she's really nice and personable, which helps, as is her staff. Thnak you Erin, Cari and Eva!

I contacted Erin for help with addressing the estate issues of an elderly relative that I was caring for. She (my relative) had been moved to a nursing home and was heading for hospice soon after. We are unable to find either her will or trust documents. Our time was extremely limited. Erin stepped in and was able to facilitate the creation the Will and Trust. It was a huge amount of work, with very little time to accomplish. Added to that, my relative was extremely hard of hearing and in very poor heath, making communications a true challenge. Subsequent to my relative's passing, Erin continued to assist me in settling the estate and distribution to the beneficiaries of the Trust assets. I can't express how dedicated, diligent, and organized Erin was throughout this entire process. She has my highest regard and recommendation.
